About me
My name is Olena Smolenko, I'm a psychologist and Mindfulness facilitator.
  • I have been studying psychology for over 10 years. At the moment I'm obtaining my PhD degree at ELTE (Budapest).
  • In my work, I combine 4 approaches (Art Therapy, CBT and MBSR) and create techniques according to your request.
  • Invested thousands of hours and over 35 thousand dollars in training in the speciality.
  • I am constantly evolving as a person, practising yoga and mindfulness, and creating new projects. In the past, I worked as an IT recruiter, organized stand-up shows and volunteered at AIESEC.
